If you are a new patient:
We require a referral from another physician before we can book your first appointment. Once we receive the referral, our physicians will triage it. Your referring doctor will then be informed of the approximate wait time.
When your referral is ready to be booked, you will receive an email from our clinic with a link to choose an appointment time that works for you. All appointments are booked through Cortico, our secure online booking partner.

There is pay parking outside of the clinic. The parking machine inside the building accepts credit card only, no cash or coins.

Short written letter/single page time lost benefit form $60.00
Insurance form - short report $180.00

Missed Visits
We have lengthy wait lists and work hard to triage and ensure patients get the care they need, when they need it. If appointments or procedures are not attended with adequate notice we cannot book other waiting patients. Fees are applied to discourage these events. You can cancel appointments made through the Cortico system. We require 72 hours for office appointments and 5 working days for procedures (eg surgery, colonoscopy, gastroscopy). If cancellation is made after these times then fees apply.
Missed office/telehealth appointment $125.00
Missed procedure appointment $175.00
Payment is required prior to rebooking. Contact our staff if there are unique circumstances beyond your control
